Sunspot at Cannon Beach

10 x 10” Oil

Sunspot at Cannon Beach catches the sun slipping through a stand of coastal firs. A soft gray sky drifts overhead while the trees rise dark and green against it, and there ... low in the branches ... a single point of light glows where the sun breaks through.

The whole scene holds its breath around that one warm spark. It is a small, quiet miracle of a painting, the kind of light you notice only if you slow down enough to look. A reminder to keep looking.

Passionate about nature, life, and sharing, this site reflects my three favorite companions through life: Photography, Writing, and Speaking. Photography made me an observer. Writing opened deeper conversations around authenticity, ethics, and leadership. Speaking... well, that's where I get selfish, because sharing always gives back. Helping you find your own passion, authenticity, and leadership lights me up … giving definition to the givers gain philosophy.
